How does Care Cards work

Each charity that chooses to be part of Care Cards gets the opportunity to sell a range of products to their supporters through website. Care Cards take the stress away from the charity by undertaking the design, print and fulfillment of all of the orders. Each charity then gets at least 25% of the sale of the products (excluding VAT) paid to them.

Why doesn’t the full sale amount go to the charity?

Care Cards have to cover the production and admin costs of producing the cards, the amount we give to the charity is representative of the money they would make if they were selling them in their own shops or through their own websites. When you consider that charities who buy their own stock are often left with unsold products at the end of a season Care Cards can be more beneficial for many fund raising organisations.

Do the charities have to pay anything?

No – Care Cards costs the charity nothing. All they need to do is market their shop front to their supporters. Care Cards takes care of the rest!

How do I place an order?

Ordering is simple, select the charity you want to support from the “Choose Your Charity” menu. View their range of products and add them to your shopping basket. Then pay at the checkout.

Unfortunately telephone and postal orders are not possible with Care Cards.

Is ordering safe?

Yes we use globally recognised PayPal to process our payments, they offer a secure payment process, all of Care Cards’ systems are also PCI complient. Your data is not passed on to any external parties other than the charity who you have chosen to support. You can choose for us not to share your details with your chosen charity should you wish.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are sent our using Royal Mail,. Delivery will take upto 5 working days from placement of the order. Larger orders may be dispatched using an overnight courier service.

How much does delivery cost?

If the basket price is below £3.50 then delivery is 75p

Over £3.50 up to £20 is £3 delivery 

Over £20 is £5 delivery

Do You offer international delivery?

Unfortunately we do not deliver anywhere outside of mainland UK.

Can I return products?

Unfortunately products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
